Limited edition prints for sale

I currently have 7 Limited edition prints released, as shown below. Each print is individually numbered and signed with white borders including title and caption, and will be posted out in heavy duty postal tube. I can accept paypal payments or cheque (make payable to M A White and send to 4 Arkholme Drive, Longton, Preston, PR4 5DE) I can also supply prints fully framed for only an extra £25, which must be collected from my Longton studio. Crewe North’s unkempt Coronation pacific No.46228 hauls a parcels train north in the summer of ’64. Stanier’s masterpiece, still majestic in the twilight of her career, was withdrawn just a couple of months later. A limited edition of 500 - image size is approx 22" x 14".

The end of an era - 31st October 2003, Concorde "Alpha Charlie" graces the skies one last time, as she streaks majestically, high above the clouds, en-route to her final resting place, at Manchester Airport. Painted in 2003, just after the aircraft arrived at Manchester. A limited edition of 500 - image size is approx 22" x 14".

Class 50 No.50015 "Valiant" pulls out of Teignmouth station under Eastcliffe bridge to head along the sea wall towards Dawlish, and eventually Paddington, in September 1986. This picture painted in 2000 as a commission work for the owners of the locomotive.
A limited edition of 500, image size is approx 18" x 13".

During a sunny summer afternoon in 1959, Jubilee class 4-6-0 No.45596 is undergoing some minor repairs in Holbeck's roundhouse. She is flanked by Britannia class 4-6-2 No. 70029, far from her home of Cardiff Canton shed. Painted in 1991, a limited edition of 250, image size is approx 18" x 12".

Two of Gresleys masterpieces, 60017 "Silver Fox" and 60030 "Golden Fleece" being prepared for departures outside Gateshead shed in 1962. Painted in 1989, and became my first limited edition print. A limited edition of 500 - image size is approx 21" x 15".

Bulleid's masterpieces hurtled along the LSWR main line well into 1967. During one of those mid-60s evenings 35027 "Port Line" is seen speeding through Fleet. Painted in 1990, this painting was the first to feature what has become a trademark - 3 seagulls.
A limited edition of 250, image size is approx 18" x 12".


  "The Duke Storms Lowgill"

The quiet country solitude of Lowgill fell is shattered as BR 8P class 4-6-2 No.71000 thunders by with a southbound express in 1961. The Duke wasnt a great success in BR service, she has been much improved since preservation. A lovely engine, painted in 1996 as a commission for her owners. A limited edition of 500,image size is approx 21" x 14".
